I have to keep reminding myself how far I’ve come.
A few years ago, I was put on medication that made my weight shoot from 9st to just shy of 13st. I didn’t realise that it was the medication that was causing it. I exercised every day, for at least an hour, and stressed over everything I ate but nothing worked. I felt gross and my self esteem took a massive hit. I’m not quite at my 9st goal, but I’m getting closer every day!
