Daily dose of motivation so I can reach my goals
SW: 12st 12lbs TW: 9st
A few years ago, I was put on medication that made my weight shoot from 9st to just shy of 13st. I didn’t realise that it was the medication that was causing it. I exercised every day, for at least an hour, and stressed over everything I ate but nothing worked. I felt gross and my self esteem took a massive hit. I’m not quite at my 9st goal, but I’m getting closer every day!
So over Christmas/New Years period, I have let my healthy diet and motivation to get in shape slip……massively!! Getting back on it today.
